Since my childhood I live in the dance world. I carried out my studies at the State Ballet Institute, which allowed me to perform on many different stages in various theaters.

In 2011 my journey with pole dance began, and I competed for the first time in 2012.

Since then I have achieved results on the National and international stage, which I take a lot of pride in.

In addition to the pole dance classes I tailor my classes to help my students to keep fit and be healthy, both in body and spirit.

Pole dance a very feminine form of exercise that helps students come out of their shell as well as develop muscles they did not even know exist.

My daughter was born in 2010 and every day since the day she was born is like a miracle to me. I am thankful to have her in my life and to share my passion of pole dance with her. (Mothers and children are welcome to join our regular classes at any time!)

To live, to live as a woman, to believe in ourselves and in the world today is not an easy task.

Dance and sport is a wonderful journey of self-discovery, a tool to combat self-defeat and gain self-control. It helps to strengthen endurance, faith in ourselves, and teaches us self-discipline.

Nevertheless, we must not forget that sport, movement, and dance is a miracle.

A light, playful, joyful miracle.

Every person is special, unique and unrepeatable. We know that as no two snowflakes are the same, no two bodies or souls are the same. That is why my students receive personalized help from me along the way."

"Since my childhood sport was an integral part of everyday life. As a child, athletics and team sports bred patience, perseverance, discipline, and self-motivation."

Since my childhood sport was an integral part of everyday life. As a child, athletics and team sports bred patience, perseverance, discipline, and self-motivation. But my heart has always been attracted to the world of dance, so when I moved to Budapest for college I enrolled in a hip-hop school, which became a determining point in my life. For the next six years I trained a and was motivated to get hold of theoretical knowledge as well, so I completed a certificate as an aerobics instructor and began training in dance aerobics classes.

Thanks to aerobics I became acquainted with pole dance, as a large-scale fitness event held a pole dance performance. At that time I watched the scene from a distance and then due to my friend's urging, I went to my first class, and since then, now more than five years, this genre is my hobby, my work, my passion. I started to compete in domestic and international competitions , and I am proud of my achievements. As a coach my intention is to relay my skills to create an atmosphere in my classes, which motivates my students and makes them feel they can use me for help. My motto: "Life is like a mirror. Smile at it and it smiles back at you. "

I can be proud of national achievements:

"In her classes, Alex thrives to teach at the best level she can, and her aim is to share the knowledge she gained throughout the years."

Alex’s pole career history goes back to 2012 when she started pole fitness in Hungary. The path to pole dance was not quick! She first heard about pole fitness while she was attending university studying Applied Economics and Marketing. After her first pole class she already knew she had found the missing piece from her life. The positive atmosphere and the super exciting moves really impressed her so she decided to continue. Her dedication to pole was so strong from the first moment, she wanted to learn everything possible moves to get better as soon as she could. She quickly became a pole addict! Her interest led her to study sports in general and its benefits, and she completed a fitness instructor training in 2014. Meanwhile, she started teaching private classes for beginners and intermediate level pole dancers. After she graduated at the University of Debrecen she moved to London and decided to become an instructor. By the end of the year she had completed a pole fitness instructor course. In her classes, Alex thrives to teach at the best level she can, and her aim is to share the knowledge she gained throughout the years. She has attended workshops with several champions like Alex Shchukin, Oona Kivelä, Phoenix Kazree, Heidi Coker, Jess Leanne Norris, Amy Hazel, Samantha Star, Amanda Rose Ivy, Doris Arnold, Lisette Krol, Bendy Kate. When she is not teaching at a studio, she is preparing for competitions and working on her performances. She is also passionate in aerial arts like Aerial Hoop and Silks.

" My motto is: straight legs, and point "

I am Reni Sprenger, another person crazy about pole dance in the team :)

Since my childhood I’ve been competing in dance, and for a long time contemporary dance is the closest to my style. Five years ago I started this super sports, pole dancing, which soon became my passion - so much so that I began to teach at home and then in London. In England I spent 2.5 years teaching full-time but also took part in exciting workshops  learning from some of my favorite dancers (Sergia Louise Anderson, Rafaela Montanaro, Deb Roach, Yvonne Makeup, Marlo Fisk, Andrea Ryff, Bendy Kate ...: ) I performed in London several large-scale events, like the Savoy Hotel Gaming Awards and London Fashion Week held at the elegant Kensington Roofgarden.

I also took part in the shooting of a short film about pole dance called “Pole, Pride, Prejudice “, perhaps you have seen it, but I was a blonde at the time :)

In addition to teaching pole acrobatics and Pole Art at the University College London and Imperial College Universities, I also gained formal coaching certificate as a British YMCA Exercise to Music Instructor.

Besides special tricks and training you can find these in my classes: dance elements, connections, earthy parts, contemporary and feminine movements, elegant design.

"Pole(sport) was my life. It was my job,

Pole(sport) was my life. It was my job, my hobby, my passion, my love.

It was my creativity and channel to help others, my friend, in fact, I can say that it was almost my home. I met my husband and my “family” because of it.

It came into my life suddenly, and my heart was kidnapped in no time.

But life intervened, and through an injury new avenues were illuminated. I created my own brand, Bendybeu, through which I give tailor-made assistance to the people around me to improve flexibility, have healthy body awareness, and mobility of the joints of the body.

In my classes we teach the mind to become silent, focusing inward with conscious breathing, and we help the process of reducing the possibility of injury, and increase efficiency. For me, the body is not a distinct thing, I see unity of mind, spirit and soul, so my technique is based on this theory. I am also happy to advise on nutrition, lifestyle issues, and soul healing.

"After 13 years I quit exercising for two years because of college studies, but since moving was my life I couldn’t stand not to continue. However, I thought that I should try something else, something new."

After 13 years I quit exercising for two years because of college studies, but since moving was my life I couldn’t stand not to continue. However, I thought that I should try something else, something new.

In 2013, I started pole dancing. I was curious about this style for a while, I saw many videos on the internet and I felt that this type of dance was full of great challenges and infinite positions.

I fell in love immediately, I learned quickly, and went through all the difficulties and obstacles.. After one year of diligent learning and practicing, I got the opportunity to teach and have now been teaching for two years in the Women's Paradise team.

In my classes always I like to make good vibes and want to share the appropriate level of knowledge to my students corresponding to their current level because for me, it Is very important to track my students’ development.

The students’ success brings me joy, seeing that my students have been able to apply my teaching strategies.

"Since my childhood I have loved dance and movement. In no time I fell in love with many different styles."

Since my childhood I have loved dance and movement. In no time I fell in love with many different styles. Since the age of three, I danced regularly. I started with artistic gymnastics, ballet, jazz, and modern dance. But seven years ago, I fell in love with contemporary dance, and have been focusing on contemporary ever since.

I graduated from Budapest Contemporary Dance Academy. I started pole dancing in 2016. I've known of pole dance for a while and have seen the beautiful choreography and tricks. My curiosity drove me to take my first class, and this curiosity is still my main motivator today. A thirst for knowledge and willpower are integral to this sport. As a dancer, it is very important to be self-confident, to know ourselves, and to respect ourselves. I found all of this in pole dance.

These feelings have helped me to achieve happiness and encouraged me to want to show and  give this to others. So I completed the training for pole dance and since then have happily observed the improvement of my students.

It is my aim to create an atmosphere of good vibes where I can also learn, and I believe this is really happening in my classes, where we can create this together.

After 10 years of equestrian sport, in 2012 I was introduced to pole dance.

I performed as part of a group in the National Poledance competition.

In the summer of 2014 I tried aerial acrobatics and the aerial hoop. It was instant love.

In these training sessions I became acquainted with new equipment and techniques. I became a teacher at CommandARTe.

My favorite is the hammock, and in November 2015 I partipated in the Air National Gymnastics Championship II held in Szekesfehervar. I came in second.

Since then I have performed in both domestic and international events.

Since October 2015, I’ve been teaching aerial gmnastics in various studios.

"Workout is very important to me.

Workout is very important to me. As a child I studied classical ballet for 8 years. It was a very good basic. I met with aerial dance in 2004. I tried out many forms of motion, like fire dancing and duo acrobatics, but aerial dance was my favourite. Aerial hoop and aerial silk quickly became my passion. They are very inspiring, and I can always find some new goals to achieve. I am glad to meet students who I can also inspire to fly.
