I AM NOT SURE THAT POLE DANCE; POLE FITNESS WOULD BE GOOD FOR ME...

 

If you want to try this sport but you have some doubts, we can offer the following option for you: buy a pass for 4 classes which give you the chance to get to know the instructors, the studio and enter the pole world which help you decide if you like this type of sport or not.

Besides pole, you can visit other classes as well therefore you can be sure that you will find the most suitable for yourself.

 

 

WOMEN WITH WHAT TYPE OF BODY AND AGE COME TO THE CLASSES?

 

Even school-girls till grand mamas come to our studio. Women choose the most suitable class that is in line with their interest. We are happy to welcome anybody in pole classes who like dancing, moving, doing sport, who feel like to try this female type of activity. There is no age or weight limit.

 

 

FOR HOW LONG ARE PASSES VALID?

 

Single class ticket is valid for one participation.

Pass for 4 classes is validfor 4 weeks, pass for 8 classes is valid for 8 weeks, pass for 16 classes is valid for 10 weeks, Ladylike pass is valid for 10 weeks.

With AYCM cards, you can visit one class per day.

 

 

WHAT ARE THE PAYING METHODS IN THE STUDIO?

 

Cash, AYCM L, XL, XXL cards.

We have exotic pole dance class where you can learn the ways of attraction. Or if needed, we can teach you a personalized routine in private classes with the help of costume design and music choice.

AFTER HOW MUCH TIME IS POSSIBLE TO SKIP A LEVEL IN POLE DANCE?

 

It depends on several things: if you have any sport background or qualification. How often you train. How passionate and hard-working you are. You can step on a higher level either in one month or in several months.

 

 

HOW MANY TIMES PER WEEK SHOULD I TRAIN?

 

It is advisable to train every day, but it is useful to vary the class types to have enough time for regeneration. If you only visit pole classes at least 3 per week is advisable.

 

 

WHICH OTHER SPORT CAN HELP IN CONDITIONING FOR POLE TRICKS?

 

Pole dance, pole fitness is a very special sport that develops muscles which other sports cannot. It cannot be substituted with gym workout. Progress is continuous and can be tracked from one class to the next. However, it is advisable to participate in classes like Pole Condition which helps

further develop those muscles that are used in pole dancing and Stretching which aim is to increase flexibility.

 

 

DO I NEED ANY SPORT OR DANCE BACKGROUND? I CANNOT HOLD MYSELF…...

 

There is no requirement for any type of background to start the basics of pole dancing. The first 3 classes (called Pre Pole Class – during which we familiarize ourselves with the pole and learn basic stands, basic turns and spins) help you start beginner level with confidence.

In our system, tricks are based on each other in order to achieve a continuous progress and training load.

 

 

I WOULD LIKE TO TRAIN AT HOME. WHAT SHOULD I KNOW?

 

Warm up:

Warm up thoroughly before training

Tricks:

Practice only those tricks that you already know to minimize the risk of any injury. If possible, ask someone to be around you in case of emergency.

Stretching:

Never forget to stretch your muscles for 5-10 minutes after training.

Hydration:

You need to drink 1,5-2 l of water per day.
